My MidCoast Maine home is located in Bath, Maine. It is a Victorian house with many of its original features intact. When I bought it in 1982, I knew with dedication, hard work, and time, I could bring it back to its former glory . A rooming house at that time, it now stands tall among its grand neighbor houses. Older houses have always been an interest to me and fixing one up has taught me so much about what makes a house work. Since those days, I have become a REALTOR selling homes through out MidCoast Maine. I’m proud to say I have helped many clients discover the beauty of historic homes. The MidCoast region is rich with homes dating back to Revolutionary war days; some of these homes have been restored already and others are still waiting. I can help you discover whether an older home is right for you. and guide you through the evaluation process to make sure you have found the right home.

I grew up in this area, Boothbay Harbor and have spent most of my life in MidCoast Maine. My knowledge of communities can be of real value when you are selecting an area for your new home. After being a REALTOR for seven years, my track record proves I love helping people sell their homes.
When I am not selling Real Estate, I am active in Sagadahoc Preservation, the old house preservation group for my county. I have served on the Board since 1998. This group owns a fabulous Gothic Revival church in Bath, Maine., the Winter Street Center. I am Chairperson of the committee charged with restoring this beautiful building, I have learned so much about what it takes to physically restore a huge building. But I am not just interested in buildings, I also love animals. I founded a cat rescue group, A Paw in the Door, fifteen years ago and have been busy finding homes for cats and kittens ever since.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, if you have animals or want to have animals, I am the Realtor for you. You will not have to worry about your precious pets during showings when you sell your house. I develop a bond with the animals in my Sellers homes prior to ever showing your property. I make certain other Realtors respect the animals and your instructions for them. You just won’t have to come home after a showing to a missing pet.
